Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg
The Museum of Art Wolfsburg was planned and implemented as a lively and dynamic center for conveying modern and contemporary art. The museum is borne by a private foundation. According to its bipolar concept of collection and exhibition the Museum of Art is a cosmopolitan stage offering a diverse program filled with rotation and cadences. It is not a sacred, hermetically sealed temple of the muses. The broad palette of the exhibition program encompasses presentations of modern classics and contemporary, internationally established as well as young and innovative artists. Traditional and new media of fine arts are equally well represented. The collection is limited to a few selected pieces of contemporary art.Opening hours

Hoffmann-von-Fallersleben-Museum in the Castle Fallersleben Situated in the midst of beautiful parks, this medieval building today functions as Hoffman-von-Fallersleben-Museum. In the 19th century Hoffmann-von-Fallersleben was a significant poet and researcher of literature. He was born in 1798 in the present-day Wolfsburg city-district of Fallersleben. His most famous work is the German national anthem "Song of the Germans". However, many children's songs and poems are also penned by him. The museum can lay claim to being one of Germany's great literary museums.Opening hours

Burg Neuhaus / Neuhaus keep This medieval keep in the borough Neuhaus was built by Magnus the Younger Duke of the Welfs and the city of Brunswick during the succession wars of Lüneburg in the 14th century. Built on a rock-massif on Hehlinger creek upstream from the lowlands of the Aller river, Burg Neuhaus is considered to be one of the best preserved medieval keeps of northern Germany. The City museum offers a documentary exhibition about the history of the keep and the former Neuhaus public-office in two rooms of the "round-tower". Opening hours

Heinrich-Büssing-House This museum is indeed located at the birthplace of groundbreaking developments in commercial vehicle construction. This is where Heinrich Büssing was born in 1843. The company MAN had the house completely renovated. As a result a conference-room and museum-wing including an old forge were built.
