Fun on rafts - Gifhorn

An enjoyable, "back -to-Nature" trip to Gifhorn. After a drink of "Moorwasser" to welcome you, you are off on the
peat-cutter's raft to the Internationales Mühlen-museum (international mills museum). On the 100, 000 m² of open ground for the museum, there are eleven original mils, about forty models of wind and water mills from all over the world and an impressive Lower Saxony -style house, which serves as the gastronomic focal point of the open-air park. After the visit, you will have the raft meal (in the beer garden, if the weather is fine). After a tour of the Schloss and the town, you will still have time for a stroll round the Altstadt of Gifhorn. Reservations - 15 persons and above.
